Windows Live Messenger: Hide into the taskbar in Windows 7

It's so bother to have Windows Live Messenger showing all the time instead of hidden when installed in Windows 7.




To hide it:
- Open Windows Explorer
- Go to "C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger\".
   For Windows 7 x64, go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Messenger\".





















- Right click at file "msnmsgr.exe" and select "Properties"


































- In "Compatibility" tab, under "Compatibility mode" box, select dropdown list and choose "Windows Vista (Service Pack 2)". And then click "OK".


































- Close and reopen Windows Live Messenger.

People use some other name to represent themselves in LINE. To search them, you might not be able to remember what name they are using. You can just change the displayed name to what you call them. Follow these steps to change it. Environment : Application: LINE version 3.1.7 O/S: Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 Device: Samsung Galaxy S III Press at the friend that you wan to change the name. Press at the pencil sign in the pop-up screen. It will show you the textbox to override the name. Type in the name that you want to call your friend and press "Save". Microsoft Word: Make picture background to be transparent

If you want to make your picture background to be transparent but don't have any tool. Microsoft Word also provide the simple tool for that. Environment : Microsoft Word 2010 - Select the picture that you want to make the background to be transparent. The menu "Picture Tools" -> "Format" will show in the main menu. - Click at "Format" menu. It will show the sub-menu. Click "Remove Background" button. - Menus under "Background Removal" will be shown as below. In the picture, purple area is the transparent area. - Adjust area that you want to make transparency. - Click at "Mark Areas to Keep" button and mark at the areas that you don't want to be transparent. - When finish marking area, click "Keep Changes" button to keep the change. - The result will be as below.
